This phone does what it says it will but, just doesn't quite meet my expectations. It does not allow for android apps to be installed but my biggest complaint is the volume. Even at the maximum level, 15 out of 15, the sound is very low. Many older people have not only sight issues, but also hearing issues. The sound quality on this phone is not what I expected for the price I paid. Lastly, the charging cord provided will not plug into the port all the way unless the skin (not a secure phone case) is removed first.
