Return Policy

The Chicago Lighthouse Tools for Living Store (TFL) has a 30-day return policy/warranty on items from their purchase or delivery day. 30-day warranty does don’t cover damage caused by the purchaser, such as but not limited to, scratches, cracks, water damage. All returns should be confirmed and arranged by calling the TFL store at 800-919-3375 or by web order return. Our shipping and handling costs/charges for packaging and sending the item to you are not refundable.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Item(s) may be shipped to:

Receipt and contact information must be included if items are shipped. Refunds will be issued to same payment method as the item(s) were purchased with; credit cards must match with the original purchase card to be refunded.

All components of the return product(s) must be in new condition and returned in their original undamaged packaging with all parts, manuals and materials in new condition. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns may not be refunded. All original manufacturer boxes must be placed in shipping boxes and kept free of labels and packaging tape for returns.

Technology items over the cost of $198.00 may be subject to a 5% restocking fee in addition to any missing parts costs. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a restocking fee, please call the TFL store at 800-919-3375.

Deliveries of defective items and incorrect order fulfillments are exempt from any restocking fee and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty terms.

Computer Software, Medical Devices, Sunglasses, IrisVision Inspire, IrisVision Live, and Canes are Final sale items and cannot be returned.

The Chicago Lighthouse Tools for Living Store reserves the right to refuse refunds at our discretion although our goal will always be customer satisfaction.
